Digital Account Manager
Full-Time - Permanent
Big Pixel Creative are seeking a digital sales and account manager to add to our expanding team due to continual growth. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual, ready to help drive further success for our customers. You must have a strong customer service ethos and experience.
The role will involve supporting existing customers, reaching new customers and identifying new opportunities.

- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, across both digital and traditional channels
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales and account management
- A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience managing your own time and an excellent attention to detail
- Able to present our services with knowledge and have strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Big Pixel team
- A calm and organised manner
- Excellent communication skills, both by phone and in person
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft products
